On the 20th of November
We all gathered up and sat in a circle on the mat and then Ms O'Neil and Garth started making smoothies. Garth used yogurt, strawberries, banana and milk for his first smoothie. Me personally didn't like it but my partner did. My favorite smoothie was Ms O´Neils Pineapple, spinach, orange juice and strawberry smoothie

Gymnastics Reflection
Gymnastics Reflection
On Wednesday 13th of September
We did Gymnastics first we took our shoes and socks off, then we all gathered up and took a seat on the floor
And listened to the teacher Jono and his friend Ricky, after listening to Jono and Ricky, Jono put us into groups, first group goes to the Balancing Beam the second group goes on the The Horse which is a thing that you jump up on and then jump off onto the mat the third group goes to the Forward rolls where you have to do forward rolls on the mat once and hop into a shape like the L sit Tuck and Straddle and the fourth group does handstands on a wall with a mat under their hands, the handstands were hard because you have walk on the wall until your in a full handstand, I mostly liked the Balancing Beam because i’m good at it and i like balancing a lot, the Horse was easy but hard at the same time because we had to do a shape in the air and land into one aswell we could do any jumping shape but we had to do a bike landing the forward rolls were hard aswell because we had to tuck our head in our chest and roll forward and land into a shape my favourite shape was the ”L” sit because it was the easiest for me to do and it’s kind of comforting! Next time i’ll work on my handstands because I always start to fall forward and feel like i will slip or fall down. After Gymnastics we put our shoes and socks back on and went back to our classes!

This Tukutuku Panel is about Kaokao
For art I did tukutuku panels in Ms O´NeilÅ› group, and I worked with Zahaad and Mahdi. I found it fun and a little bit hard. Me and Zahaad mostly done the work, while Mahdi was reading his book. Next time i'll let Mahdi do most of it, and to be a little bit more focused.
